Working with Real Estate Companies around the world, we help Real Estate Business Owners grow their income while working less.

Right now, we’re looking to add another Real Estate Inside Sales Assistant / Telemarketer to our Team, who will be helping our Real Estate Clients find more Motivated Home Sellers.

This will provide a solid work-from-home income from day-one, as well as opportunities for advancement.DETAILS OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The job is simple:Make Cold Calls & Follow Up Calls to our Target Property Owners.

We have built a scalable & profitable system for targeting Home Owners & potential Home Sellers.

Your job will be calling these Property Owners (from Contact Info, and using a proven Script that we’ll provide), to:

a.) Confirm they are indeed the owner of the property,

b.) See if they'd consider selling that property,

c.) Get a confirmation or appointment for our Team to follow up and/or visit in-person.

We'll provide the Script to follow.

We'll provide detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for how to use our CRM and/or Dialing System, as well as how to Overcome Objections & Rebuttals, and how to answer most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).NO LICENSE REQUIRED!

This position does NOT require any type of real estate license!

However, ideally you have at least some real estate experience or familiarity with the space.

What the position does require, and what we're looking for in an ideal candidate will be someone with:Excellent attention to detail. 75% of your job will be cold calling and relentless follow up. Your target Prospects & Clients are busy, and difficult to reach. Your persistence will pay off substantially but you'll need to be able to stay on top of your Daily Dialing, and / or the Tasks in your CRM, plus take comprehensive notes on your contact attempts.

Very good demeanor on the phone. The people you'll be calling will not all be easy to talk to. Many will be older, perhaps somewhat persnickity, and the people will span all different backgrounds & education levels. Your ability to engage with all types of people will come in handy here.

Ability to work undistracted, from home. This is a work-from-home Virtual / Telecommute position. You need your own computer, quiet working environment, and fast internet connection. If you have all these, and can work consistently from your home office, this position is a perfect fit.

While this is indeed a work-from-home Telecommute role

We would prefer someone who is willing, able, and ready to commit to full-time, 35 - 40+ hours per week of work.
