Up To $2500 Hiring Bonus for full time associates with jewelry sales experience.
We will train and pay for your GIA (Gemological Institute of America education).

The Right Candidate Will Have:
· Proven work experience as a Jewelry Sales Associate
· Outgoing, professional and friendly disposition.
· Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
· A “team” focused disposition and a “can do” attitude.
· A “customer first” focus.
· An interest in jewelry, diamonds, gems, and gemology.
· Availability on weekends and evening until 7:00pm.
· Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
· Basic math skills.
· Understanding of the retail sales process
· Track record of achieving goals.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
· High school degree.

Job Responsibilities:
· Helping clients select or custom create the perfect engagement ring.
· Helping clients find the perfect item for themselves or their loved one.
· Placing Special and Custom orders.
· Performing diamond and engagement ring presentations.
· Basic Point of Sale processes like ringing up sales and layaways.
· Taking in jewelry repairs.
· Putting new inventory in the cases
· Performing daily set up and breakdown of the jewelry cases.
· Helping to take daily inventory count of the jewelry cases.
· Opening and closing the jewelry store.
· Keeping cases clean and orderly.
· Greet and direct customers
· Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and services).
· Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
· Cross-sell products.
· Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service.
· Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
