We are currently seeking exceptional applicants for a full-time customer service position.
Applicants must have a background in outstanding customer service. While direct retail experience is not a requirement, applicants without a retail background must possess applicable customer service experience in another field. Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and/or working with a large specialty product line are appreciated.
We are looking for folks who are excited about working in a fast-paced work environment; all applicants must be able to multitask, interact comfortably with a wide variety of people and their pets, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly on a daily basis, and learn a wide range of detailed information about pet nutrition and specialty products. While our focus is on customer service and education, work will vary between assisting customers, stocking, inventory management, heavy lifting, and organizational tasks; you must be willing and able to perform a variety of duties in any given day.
