Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst/ Developer
Location: Remote
Hours: 9-5 EST
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- 5-8 years experience working with small technical teams.
- Experience with working with Full stack teams and Agile teams is ideal.
- Experience with GIthub for tracking stories is a big plus.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Working with Agile teams (5-8 years), Working with Full Stack Teams (3+).
What experience will set candidates apart from one another?
- Those that have worked with business and engineering teams directly and those that are able to dig in and research the answers themselves.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 x 30 minute phone screen, 1 x 60 minute interview.
TEAM: Part of a team of around 20 -25
Responsibilities:
- Work with the PO on defining features.
- Work with the other analysts on defining scope
- Write user stories
- Work with team to answer questions related to stories
- Communicate with end users
Software tools/ skills:
- Rally, Aha!, Office
What skills/attributes are a must have?
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to write technical information.
- Good communication skills.
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
- Agile experience
