We cater to corporate events, private parties, weddings, and special gatherings, delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Catering Sales Representative to help grow our catering business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new catering sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, social media, and in-person outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Promote Peri Peri Bistro’s catering services at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Conduct tastings and presentations to showcase our unique peri peri-inspired menu.
- Negotiate and close catering deals, ensuring seamless coordination with our kitchen and event staff.
- Follow up with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Peri Peri Bistro as a top catering choice.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is highly preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Local market knowledge and existing relationships in the Raleigh business and event community are a plus.
- Willingness to attend events, conduct in-person client meetings, and actively promote Peri Peri Bistro.
- Reliable transportation for client visits and event engagements.
