Your Mission:
As a Circanomics Junior Founder, your primary objective is to engage with businesses on our free Circa Directory tier and guide them into our paid subscription plans. You will be the voice of the Circa Directory, articulating the profound value of becoming a verified, sustainable, and connected member of our community-centric platform in North Carolina.
Build Your Portfolio of Residual Income:
This is the cornerstone of our Founder program. We don't just reward the initial close; we reward you for building a lasting community.
Earn Residual Commissions: You earn your commission every single month for as long as every business you onboard remains a paying subscriber.
True Partnership: Your initial effort creates an ongoing revenue stream, aligning your long-term success directly with the health and retention of our business community.
The Accelerated Founder Growth Path:
Junior Founder: Start here. Earn 20% residual monthly commission on every subscription you convert.
Senior Founder: Hit your performance milestones and get promoted. Earn an elevated 25% residual monthly commission on all your accounts.
Executive Founder: Reach the top tier and earn a competitive base salary plus a top-tier 30% residual monthly commission on all accounts in your portfolio.
