Good Guys Window & Exterior Cleaning is seeking motivated, professional door knockers to join our team. You will be responsible for generating and closing leads by engaging with homeowners and promoting our window cleaning services.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Door Knocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our services directly to potential customers through door-to-door interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents in designated neighborhoods to introduce our services and assess their needs.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to promote services, answer inquiries, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Assist in organizing and implementing marketing campaigns in targeted areas.
- Follow company guidance regarding dress/appearance and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, door-to-door marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with potential customers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with supervising or leading small teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is advantageous but not required.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
Compensation:
- THIS IS A COMMISION ONLY ROLE with expected average pay rate to be between 20-40per hour with performance-based incentives for successful conversions.
