Description:
Golden Roofing is actively seeking experienced Storm Damage/Roofing Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated, have a knack for sales, and possess the necessary skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate storm damage and roofing needs for clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Generate leads and follow up on company-provided leads
- Successfully manage and close sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in storm damage and roofing sales
- Own a reliable truck and ladder
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to generate self-leads and work with company-provided leads
Compensation:
- 15% commission of the contract amount on self-generated leads
- 12% commission of the contract amount on company-provided leads
- $1,500 bonus after 5 jobs are completed and paid
- Additional $1,500 bonus for every 6 jobs completed and paid each month
