Position Overview:
We’re seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Durham team as LeadConnectors—an entry-level role where experience isn’t necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential for success. This is more than a job; it’s a career path designed for growth, with the potential to achieve life-changing success through a managed money model with residual income. As a Connector, you’ll benefit from our Avanza Capital Holdings University program, designed to guide you through each level, developing your skills to advance within our organization. You must start at the bottom and graduate to the next position by achieving milestones of success. In the financial markets, we all come from the same school of hard knocks but we graduate with different grades.
In this role, no selling or dialing is required. Instead, you’ll work with an automated predictive dialer CRM that does the heavy lifting for you, allowing you to focus on learning while you earn. This hands-on experience is essential to excel in the higher-level roles of Avanza Capital Holdings, setting the foundation for a successful future in the financial lending industry.
Avanza Capital Holdings University – Your Path to Success:
1.
LeadConnector - Start by connecting with prospective lending partners using our automated dialer CRM, building rapport and establishing initial contact before introducing them to one of Avanza’s Partners.
2.
Fronter - Graduate to the Fronter role, working as part of a team to collectively prospect and nurture relationships with accredited lending partners.
3.
Closer - Advance to the Closer position, assisting in finalizing deals that were initiated by Connectors and nurtured by Fronters, gaining the opportunity to earn more and solidify your career by attaching yourself to residual income and forming business relationships that you will cultivate and manage.
Location:
This position is based at our Durham, NC headquarters at the historic Durham Bottling Co., 506 Ramseur St., Durham, NC 27701. This inspiring, collaborative workspace fosters creativity and professional development, surrounded by a vibrant and thought-provoking culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Connect prospective lenders to your assigned Managing Partner inaneffort to build initial relationships with prospective lending partners through our automated CRM system, allowing you to focus on education and development.
Facilitate the introduction of lending partners to Avanza’s Partners, enabling the growth of key connections without the need for cold calling.
Engage with leads generated by our advanced CRM, using provided tools to track and manage performance metrics.
Key Qualifications:
No previous experience required, though a passion for learning and advancing in the financial industry is a must.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage in relationship building.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking advantage of mentorship and guidance.
Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without restriction.
Compensation and Benefits:
Entry-level base salary of $17 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and the potential for residual income TBD.
Opportunities for growth within Avanza Capital University, progressing from Connector to Fronter to Closer as skills and expertise grow throughout your tenure and goals achieved TBD.
