I eventually changed my path into sports marketing as I saw the career potential for sales. I advanced in Sports Marketing & Management and eventually into team ownership. The sales team will oversee 12 markets, taking inbound and calling B to B outbound, promoting the league and generating revenue. Each market will have 3-4 reps calling outbound during business hours. If you fit one of the three above, then you are used to the grind. The difference is you get to be part of building something unique in sports. You get to travel, go to games and meet the customers.
We are not outsourcing. You work for the league base salary plus commission. You make commission on your sales and your teams’ revenue. We take calls off radio adds, billboard ads, and outbound B to B. We have an aggressive business growth model which allows for advancement opportunities from within.
