The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the appropriate insurance coverage that meets their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure the best policies for clients.

- Market insurance products to potential clients through outside sales efforts.

- Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

- Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and coverage options.

- Collaborate with sales administration teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide informed advice.

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests.

- Experience in outside sales is a plus but not a necessity.

- Ability to market effectively and attract new clients through various channels.

- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.

- Proficiency in sales administration processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
