Prominent, well established professional staffing firm is looking to tap into the cutting-edge technology sector in Raleigh. Seeking a self-motivated, dedicated professional with relevant IT recruiting experience to generate new business and share in the success of this aggressively growing market. A strong work ethic, success in sales and a sense of ownership are core requirements. Experience in a staffing environment is preferred, although not required. For more than 30 years, we have been a recognized leader in the staffing industry with premier level customer service and first class talent for our clients' staffing needs. As a Tech Recruiter you will use your expertise in the IT industry to establish business relationships with clients in need of our services through direct hire placement as well as contract roles. Your primary areas of focus will be:
-Develop client accounts through active sales calls and on-site visits
-Facilitate quality control calls to ensure client satisfaction
-Develop talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through candidate sourcing, direct recruiting, referrals, etc.
-Conduct confidential interviews with candidates, prepare bios for clients and facilitate reference checks, along with other vetting responsibilities
-Other duties, as needed
Your skills honed in the IT recruiting sector are easily transferable to our industry. We are looking for a professional who posses these requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years of IT recruiting experience
-Professional demeanor with proven negotiating skills
-Strong sales skill set; proven experience succeeding in a business-to-business sales role
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
-Positive, self-starter with a teamwork mentality
-Commitment to exceeding expectations and stay to our core values
