We are a 10+ year old company, based in Raleigh, with an HR SaaS application that installed at over 130 large enterprise companies.
We are looking for a local developer with relevant experience. You duties will include:
1. Fixing bugs with the existing code
2. Helping the implementation team with data conversions, data imports and exports
3. Working on a team to develop new modules
Note that the our application has largely been developed. There are continual improvements and enhancements, but this is not a green-field development position.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of C#, .Net development in a team environment building desktop business applications
Solid understanding of Object-oriented concepts and contemporary development techniques
Strong SQL Server skills
Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, Security and how to configure the server
Bonus skills:
SAML knowledge, REST/Soap/Web APIs, XML, mobile skills, QA tools, performance monitoring, memory tools, SaaS experience, JSON, CSS, Html, JavaScript, SVN.
This is a position that requires a high-degree of self-management - you need to be able to take on tasks and complete them independently - of course asking questions when you are stuck.
Our Technology:
We have built our system using an fast-development tool that deploys on the web but you build the code using a WinForm object model. Please look at WiseJ (See www.wisej.com) - that product is very similar to ours and is based on the same principle.
You need to be able to work in a team environment at our local office (near Crabtree Valley Mall). This is not a work-at-home position.
