Our award-winning medical spa is looking to fill 2 positions:
a Spa Concierge and a Spa Assistant.
A successful Spa Concierge/Front desk receptionist candidate will have the following characteristics:

- ability to multitask successfully
- excel even under stress
- flexible, ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Enjoy lots of fun perks by working in this industry. No experience necessary but knowledge of Millennium scheduling system a plus.
Job type: Full-time
Salary: $11 hourly +bonuses
A successful Spa Assistant candidate will have the ability to:
- Provide timely assistance to the spa staff and management in their day-to-day tasks
- Answer and respond to clients' inquiries on spa facilities and services available
- Assist and coordinate with front desk staff in providing services to clients
- Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the spa team
- Maintain and manage equipment and tools in spa setting
- Ensure an ambiance of warmth in spa premises through excellent services
- Maintain spa premises neat and clean and a good working environment
- Implement best standards and procedures in spa services

Job type: Part time, 20-30 hrs weekly
