Requirements
To be a top candidate you:
Will have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
Possess a valid driver's license
Will successfully pass a background check
