Locally owned small company looking for an experienced bathroom remodeling estimator/project manager OR an experienced hands on remodeler looking for a shift into the admin side of things learning to put together estimates and be the main point of contact for clients. We provide many different interior construction/remodeling/repair services usually between the $15,000-$50,000 range.
Duties:
-Calls/emails with clients
-Calls/emails with insurance adjusters (for insurance claims)
-Create scopes of work and budgets
-Send estimates
-Send invoices (collect down payments, change order payments, final invoices)
-Coordinate and manage subs/vendors and in-house teams
-Coordinate materials
-Perform consistent quality checks on projects in person
Hybrid/Remote
Flexible Hours
-Will teach the right person if most skills are known
-Quickbooks Online experience is a plus
-Xactimate experience is a plus
10 years minimum construction experience to apply
Must be familiar with building code, proper order of construction, proper workmanship
Must have valid license/transportation
Must be presentable and good with customers
