Carpenters with at least 3 years experience needed for light framing and interior / exterior trim. Primarily building nice custom screen decks. You must have a drivers license and dependable transportation. You will need to have a complete tool belt with a good pair of work boots. No shoes at all. A clean appearance is also required. We are a well established company with a very good reputation that we need to uphold. All pay will be rendered by direct deposit every Friday morning. Taxes will be held out. This is a legitimate job with a legitimate company. No 1099 work available.
You must have an active bank account. We do not make loans or pay advances. The work week starts on Thursday and ends on the following Wednesday. We do not hold back any pay. Your pay rate will be based on the knowledge and quality of your work that you are able to produce consistently. When you start we will work you for 2 days and then discuss your pay rate. We have always been fair about what we pay. We know everyone needs to make a living. If for some reason you don't agree with the pay rate you will be paid for the 2 days at a rate that is acceptable by both you and me.
