As our Commercial Painter Foreman, you will lead your team of painters on various commercial projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion. Must be able to supervise and coordinate your crew on commercial job sites. Plan and organize daily work schedules and assign tasks to team members. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Communicate effectively with your crew and clients. Train and mentor junior painters. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
You must have 5+ years of commercial painting experience with 2 + years in a supervisory role.
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
