Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Equipment in supermarkets, temperature controlled warehouses, specialty shops
Duties Include:
Responding to and completing service calls.
Responding to after hours service calls during on-call rotation.
Ordering needed parts to complete service calls.
Maintaining notes and time correctly in service program app.
Expectations:
Work without direct supervision.
Deal professionally and effectively with customers.
Be physically capable of working easily and skillfully with hands, lift and carry objects, climb and maintain balance on
ladders and scaffolds, and stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Have knowledge of current OSHA safety regulations.
Be able to coordinate and perform multiple activities while maintaining a schedule
Level headed during stressful or emergency situations.
General knowledge of diagnostic troubleshooting of Refrigeration & HVAC equipment and controls.
Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics drawings.
Ability to maintain accurate records, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail.
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
Availability to work overtime/out of town travel on occasion, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
