MUST HAVE A VALID AND CLEAN NC DRIVERS LICENSE! This is a non-negotiable! Looking for someone who has experience in deck carpentry, framing, or siding to build decks and screen porches on a residential production builder schedule. Mostly single-family homes and townhomes. This is a Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday) 7am- whenever the jobs done position. Overtime available if you are willing and able. Pay rate will depend on experience and trial day.
Must:
Have a valid and clean NC driver's license
have deck carpentry experience preferably, or framing / siding experience at a minimum
Be able to work on a crew effectively.
Proficient in reading a tape measure down to 1/16th
Be on time in the mornings
Not be afraid of heights/ Willing to climb a 20'+ ladder
Be able to lift 50+ pounds
Be able to handle fast paced and hectic work environment
Be a knowledgeable carpenter- know decking or framing materials and how to build a structure.
Be willing to occasionally work on the screen side of production- meaning cutting and assembling aluminum frames in a shop and/or going out in the field to install screens and doors on porches.
