Key Responsibilities:
Perform soft washing services on roofs, sidings, decks, and fences using specialized equipment and techniques.
Conduct window cleaning using advanced filtration systems and high-reach poles.
Operate pressure washing equipment for driveways and other hard surfaces.
Ensure the safety and protection of plants, landscapes, and property during the cleaning process.
Conduct pre-service inspections and assessments to determine the best cleaning approach for different surfaces.
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment in accordance with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company protocols and procedures to deliver high-quality results.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, and pass a drug test.
Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
Ability to work safely on roofs following all safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment.
