Skilled Finish Carpenter
Skilled Finish Carpenter needed with an eye for detail to perform small project tasks & punch lists. We build custom homes & additions, finish kitchens & bathrooms, renovate attic & basement areas, as well as provide home maintenance & repairs. Candidate must be organized, timely, detailed, able to read plans, and able to communicate with project managers & customers.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Interior Trim & Cabinet install
-Lighting & Plumbing fixture install
-Window & Door Installation
-Siding, rot repairs
-Site Preparation
-Miscellaneous interior/exterior repairs
1099 opportunity is paid as weekly draw per project. Must have valid insurance or able to obtain insurance.
W2 paid weekly. Must have valid NCDL and good driving history.
Basic hand tools & small power furnished by applicant/crew.
Pay commensurate with experience. $30-50/hr expected for level of experience and equipment required for position.
