We are hiring a dependable full-time member for our production team who is motivated by pride in their work, and driven to continually improve their knowledge and skill. This is not a "show up and put in your time" job; we are a dedicated family who is in it together to put out some of the finest wood products available anywhere.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Experience with woodworking tools to include table saw, jointer, planer, router, drill press, belt sander

-Ability to take and follow direction very closely with extremely high attention to detail

-Maintain a safe working environment by understanding and following safety protocols

-Communicate and work effectively with peers and supervisors

-Hand-eye coordination requiring manual dexterity

-Work around production-related machinery and maintain awareness of surroundings

-Use good judgment in decision making, follow and adhere to safety and workplace policies, and work with limited supervision.

Optional Skills:

-Computer literacy

-Experience in shipping and fulfillment

-Machine shop or metalworking experience

-Experience with laser cutting machines

-Experience with spray finishing

-GD&T or blueprint reading

Our ideal candidates core characteristics would include being a detail-oriented and dedicated team player with a positive attitude, adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Occupational Demands:

-Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop or walk with or without accommodations to complete the production tasks

-Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds intermittently

-Work can be dirty and performed on loud machinery

-Ability to separate pressures from work and home

Pay starts at $10 hourly for a 30 day training period, increases to $12 hourly for the next 90 days, then to $14+ depending on productivity.
