Immediate hire opening for handyman individual to add to team. Qualified person will be used to do all sorts of handyman related repairs for turnover work and projects for family owned business. We have tenant turnover every week and we want to add another team member to assist in getting our homes ready. Plus ongoing service requests and several remodeling projects that keeps us busy throughout the year.
Some Common Tasks:
Repair Door Window Trims, Sills
Touchup and Painting
Full Paint Job
Replace Fixtures, Outlets
Secure Toilet Faucet Lines
All type of plumbing Leaks p
Repair Doors, Hinges
Repair rotted trims and frame
Install flooring wood vinyl laminate
Assist Replace Windows
Hourly Pay is based on experience. Please reply and let us know why you think you would be a good fit for this position and include a detail of your related experience. We are looking for a capable, honest, self-motivated individual that enjoys his/her work and owns his/her own hand/power tools, personal protective equipment and has reliable transportation. A formal background check is required. We provide all other heavy tools, vehicles, and phone to enable to job easy. Estimate 30-40 hr week.
