Bud Matthews Services, a well-established residential remodeling company is looking for an experienced design/estimator/sales individual to join our team. As project developer your role is to build rapport with the Clients, evaluate their needs and recommend solutions within their budget.
Key Responsibilities During the Sales Process:
Create concept drawings in CAD software
Prepare accurate pricing estimates and budgets
Apply for permits
Clearly communicate Clients objectives to assigned project managers
Setting deadlines and manage overall timeline of projects
Prepare weekly invoicing and budget management
Routinely contact Client during project to monitor project satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of CAD / Design software
2+ years professional sales experience
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
General knowledge of NC building codes / structural features / architecture
