Pay Rate: $48/year to $65/year depending on experience

Position Summary: The Installation Mechanic serves as the HVAC installation crew leader and is responsible for supervising Installation Assistants on job sites, completing residential and commercial HVAC replacements and new systems
Responsibilities:
Arrive at warehouse at the scheduled time to the stock truck with common materials needed
Oversee job installations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
Conduct proper startup procedures and troubleshoot startup issues
Work within project management software to ensure all processes are documented
Supervise Installation Assistants, ensuring all work is quality controlled and good use of time management
Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications
Field transitions on ductwork
Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
4+ years of HVAC Installation experience
Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service
