Southern Solutions Landscaping and Grading is a small progressive business looking to hire a landscape installer/CDL Driver that is willing to grow with our company. This is a dual position role, which includes driving and landscape installations. We are looking for someone that is willing to go the extra mile that is dedicated and hardworking.
We are not a landscape maintenance company, we only do installs.
Pay depends on skills and/or qualifications
Starting pay $16-$23 per hour dependent on experience.

Employment Requirements:
Must have valid NC CDL Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
Previous experience driving and pulling trailers, loading and unloading tools, equipment and or materials
Reliable transportation to and from work.
1 year of construction and/or landscaping experience.
Has good communication skills and a reliable phone and email.
Job Responsibilities:
Present yourself in a clean and professional manner.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must practice safety at all times.
Must have good communication skills and the ability motivate others.
Must comply with Southern Solutions Landscaping policies and procedures.
Handle hot and cold weather conditions.
Ability to use upper and lower body to work in various positions including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods of time.
Follow instructions and effectively prioritize tasks for landscape installation activities on a daily basis.
Ability to lift and/or move up to at least 80lbs.
Reaching over head with hands and arm to hold, climb, balance and/or (un)load.
May be subjected to exposure to dirt, water, chemicals, noise, etc.
Basic knowledge of Irrigation, Grading, Planting and Sod techniques and tools associated with landscaping
Resolve any issues with a sense of urgency and reason while paying attention to safety.
Maintain safety and security for yourself, other team members, and clients as well on job sites.
Communicate with us to know when parts and/or supplies are running low and need to be ordered.

Individuals with horticulture, agriculture and turf management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week with opportunities for overtime; Full or Part Time available

Schedule: Hours are Typically Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (however, depending on projects, end time may vary later or earlier)
