Seeking handyman on an as needed basis (averaging about 8 hours per month). Maintain 12 student rental properties near UNC in Chapel Hill. General skills needed: light plumbing (repair/replace faucets, snake drains, etc.), light electric (install ceiling fans, repair bath exhaust, etc.), carpentry, appliance installation. Hourly rate depending on skill level. Must be responsible, have tools and reliable transportation. And because some calls will be for only 1 hour, MUST live within 30 minutes of UNC/downtown Chapel Hill.
