Seeking Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily residential apartment community in Durham.
This position is responsible for total on-site of day to day maintenance operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All onsite maintenance functions.
Physical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
Complete all work orders, vacant unit turns, and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
Preventative maintenance.
Assist in budgeting.
Maintain 24- hour oncall.
Perform duties in compliance with local landlord tenant laws and Fair Housing laws.
Upholding all company policies and values.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor 2+ years.
Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service, renovations projects.
Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property management maintenance.
HVAC and CPO certification.
High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Be committed to the success of each associate as a member of the team.
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license in states requiring license to operate golf carts.
Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
