Tradesmen International is hiring for maintenance technicians for a position in Durham, NC.
Job Duties: electrical maintenance for residential properties including outlet and switch replacement, fixture installation, appliance repair; rough and finish carpentry work including drywall, framing, trim, door hanging, wood repairs; and plumbing maintenance including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and basic installations.
Requirements: Must be able to be on call for emergencies on a rotating basis, 5 years experience in carpentry & plumbing, 3 years experience in electrical maintenance, EPA certification for HVAC servicing & repair, 2 years experience in appliance repair and door/lock installations, must have tools & PPE including wire strippers, needle nose pliers, flat and Philips screwdrivers, voltage tester/multimeter, fish tape, tape measure, hammer, utility knife, cordless drill/driver, conduit bender, cable cutters, hole saw, steel toed boots, and ear protection, must be able to pass background check and drug test, and must have own transportation to go to different locations throughout the day
Duration: 6 months-1 year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Pay: Up to $30/hr.
