Project Overview:
Green Home Infrastructure (GHI) Program: Merrick-Moore Community Development Corporation
(MMCDC) will support residents by assessing the condition of the homes and determining what
repairs would be needed. Repairs include weatherization, roof repairs, stormwater controls, security,
air quality improvement, and other home repairs. MMCDC will serve 18 households, and the GHI
The program will cover repairs up to $12,250 each. A committee of the MMC board, partner organizations,
and professional consultants will follow federal guidelines in determining eligibility. Consultants will
conduct home assessments to determine whether a property is eligible for assistance and what type.
