We’re CPM Painting (Raleigh). We run like clockwork: tight scopes, staged materials, daily client comms. If you’re a dialed-in 2–4 person crew that wants steady work + fast pay, read on.
What we offer
Steady pipeline: interiors/exteriors year-round (no winter panic)
Clean job packets: colors, photos, repairs, access notes are done before you arrive
Staged materials 48 hrs prior when we supply
Fast pay: Net 2 business days after pass of final walk & photos
No haggling: scope locked, change orders approved in writing
Bonuses for 5 reviews & punch lists under 2%
Ideal crew
2–4 painters with a detail-oriented lead - LEAD must be on site daily
Prep first mindset: protection, lines, and cleanup every day
Phones for photo logs; comfortable texting progress updates
Must have (non-negotiable)
LLC or business entity, GL insurance (and WC or waiver as applicable)
Proper PPE / ladder safety; EPA Lead-Safe for pre-1978 work (or willingness to certify)
Own tools & reliable vehicle
Pay
Per project with clear scope & allowances.
Review bonus: +$[50–150] per 5 review tagged to your job.
Punch under 2%: +$[50–100] quality bonus.
