We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paver Patio Installer to join our team. As a Paver Patio Installer, you will be responsible for constructing and installing patios, retaining walls and hardscapes according to client specifications. Your expertise in paver knowledge with different paver materials, and commitment to delivering high-quality work will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand patio design requirements and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape paver materials to construct patios based on provided blueprints or design plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess the condition of existing structures, if repairs or replacements are needed.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, including proper storage and inventory management of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to maximize efficiency and productivity on job sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the finished product.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in materials, and new techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paver Installer or similar role. (3-5 years experience)
- In-depth knowledge of techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
