An amazing opportunity awaits a Production Manager with construction experience!
As a Production Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department and being responsible for:
Encouraging a strong safe culture
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Inventory and costing control
Jobsite safety inspections
Quality control of installed products
interviewing, hiring, onboarding new installers/warehouse
Training new employees
Here is some of what you will need (required):
Managerial experience prefer: construction/installation, trades.
Clear pre hire: background check and drug screen. -required
Clean driving record -required
Being able to multi-task
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Strong verbal and write skills
Being able to adapt and overcome all obstacles
