Position Overview: Service Manager (HVAC and or Plumbing background)

Benefits:

Competitive salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, with the potential to earn above base pay in performance-related bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Serve as technical support and quality assurance for all field personnel.

Effectively collaborate with both installation and service teams.

Provide technical assistance and training to install and service staff.

Oversee daily service and installation schedules.

Facilitate weekly safety and training meetings.

Evaluate workload and schedule service work to maximize profits.

Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Generate accurate reports measuring departmental operations.

Work towards departmental financial goals.
