We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demolition of bathroom, constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures using different types of materials. Must have 7+ years of residential remodeling experience - preferably in Kitchen & Bath
We are looking for the right candidate to come in and hit the ground running. Must be reliable, show up on time, have a clear understanding of the tasks required each day and set a plan to achieve them.
Valid driver's license required
Must pass background check
Carpenter/Remodeler Duties:
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate and repair wooden structures
- Perform tasks such as framing, siding installation, door hanging, assembly, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, sheetrock
- Measure materials or distances to ensure accuracy of projects
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards
- must have drivers license and reliable transportation to job site
- must have own tools
Carpenter/Remodeler Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with siding installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinet installation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
