Evergreen Foam & Insulation is a leading authorized installer of energy efficient Spray Foam Systems, Air Barrier Products, Coatings and other insulation products for Commercial clients in NC, SC and VA.
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Spray Foam Technician to be a Lead Installer skilled in running a crew. Those without "Spray Foam Install" experience on their resume or cover letter will not be considered for this role.
The Spray Foam Technician is responsible for installing Spray Foam, Coatings, Air Barriers, Closed Crawl, and batt insulation products. We are urgently looking to hire 2 Experienced Spray Foam Technicians with a minimum of 2 years' experience, with bonus if you recruit other qualified team members. Experience with spray application equipment, generators, air compressors, reactors, pumps & air dryers is a must. Our shop & office are located in Raleigh, so the ability to commute to our location is required. Our hours are 7am-5pm, Monday - Friday, with an expectation of spraying 1-1.5 sets per day, no less than 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work outside the Raleigh/Durham area at josbsite locations in NC, SC, & VA between 1-4 nights per week.
Job Responsibilities include:
Install spray foam, coatings, air barriers, and limited fiberglass batt insulation
Manage job sites from start to finish, including planning, prep, install, and clean-up
Manage and maintain Truck & Rig Equipment in proper working condition, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues
Manage standard job documentation, work orders, and checklists
Have a strong Work Ethic, Demonstrate Leadership, Character, Integrity, Accountability and Performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Well-organized, confident, energetic, responsive, accountable, and calm under pressure
Self-starting team player with solid job management skills
