We recognize that transportation is an essential service. We are looking for qualified, service-oriented operators to become part of our Team.
Requirements:
Current and valid NC state driver's license (must have clean MVR)
High School completion or GED
Must pass a background check
Must have at least one year of passenger-driving experience
Must be able to push, pull and maneuver a standard or bariatric wheelchair
Must be able to bend and kneel
Professional, Responsible, and Trustworthy. Organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Vehicle inspection before and after each trip (report any issues or incidents to dispatch)
Secure all property of Express Care Transport vehicles, devices, company issued tablets and most importantly our customers
Safely operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a manual lift
Load and unload wheelchair dependent and semi-ambulatory passengers
Safely secure the passengers with proper use of seatbelt and or wheelchair tie-downs
Accurate and on-time pick up of passengers (door to door service for passengers)

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY ARE REQUIRED! NO SUNDAYS!
