321 Takeoff is a last mile contractor delivering online orders from stores such as Walmart, Victoria Secret, Old Navy, Home Depo, etc.
Delivery areas: Raleigh/ Duraham
We are looking for drivers who:
Have their own work vehicle (Cargo van, or Sprinter Van, Suvs, and mini vans only!) If you don’t have a van you can rent one with us at $25 per day.
Can fit 80-150 packages (small bags to big boxes)
Have liability insurance
Are 21 and older
Have a good background check
Have a good driving record
Have no driving violations in the past 2 years
No experience necessary but is preferred
Have no problem working weekends
Can deliver 60-150 packages per day
Have a driver’s license, mobile device, and an email address.
Drivers daily routine:
Drive to the warehouse in the morning.(8AM-9am)
Sort and scan the packages into the app on their mobile device. (App: OnTrac OnRoute)
Check the mobile device for any address errors and missing packages.
Load packages in the correct delivery order.
Safely deliver packages using the app on mobile device. (Taking a correct VPOD: Verified Proof Of Delivery picture of packages on porches)
When all the deliveries have been made, send a completion screenshot to company manager.
Compensation:
Drivers with suvs earn $1.50 per stop, vans $1.75, cargo van $2.00 per stop un owned cargos receive $1.60 per stop for every successfully delivered package. Drivers only get paid for successfully delivered packages.
Weekly settlements paid out every Friday.
1099 position/contractor (Pay your own taxes as a business or sole proprietor)
