Job DescriptionThis role is responsible to lead the enterprise’s annual planning cycle, long-term strategic plan, and enterprise consulting & strategic intelligence.The role entails leading a high-performing team—sitting within the Enterprise Strategy and Performance Execution division—focused on integrating strategic priorities across the enterprise’s segments & support services. The leader will have an exceptional opportunity to drive impact at the enterprise level, engage with enterprise leaders on the day-to-day, and grow in executive-level skills including problem-solving and communication.What You’ll Do :

Lead annual planning cycle including our annual and multi-year enterprise priorities, including integrating planning across our strategic portfolio, annual mandates & refreshes, and major divisional work.

Lead developing 5-year enterprise strategic planning in coordination with Finance and divisional CFOs & planning leaders.

Partner day-to-day with transformation operations leaders, Finance FP&A, portfolio management and enablement leaders, IT & other delivery leaders, and divisional planning counterparts on key coordination.

Support delivery prioritization and sequencing with portfolio leaders, IT, and other delivery leaders.

Lead enterprise consulting priorities and strategic intelligence dissemination, including optimizing the model based on enterprise priorities and customer demand.

Partner with enterprise leaders including in HR around annual goal-setting process.

Support key governance programs including around Mandates & Refreshes Fund.

What You’ll Give :

Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience with strategic planning, annual planning, and/or performance tracking.

If no degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience as listed above.

Bonus Points: (Preferred qualifications)

Five years of experience leading teams and/or directly managing staff in dynamic settings

Experienced in running multi-month planning cycles and working closely with executive counterparts across the enterprise

Highly collaborative and strong synthesis

Integrative skill-set with spikes in conceptual problem-solving and communication (written, verbal)

Increasing levels of responsibility throughout career
