Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. This position is based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. As a HR Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for managing HR-related tasks, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.Responsibilities: Facilitate the processing of employee background checks. Handle auditing procedures to ensure the accuracy of HR data. Manage and update the ADP Workforce Now system and other relevant HR platforms. Engage in the operation of benefit functions, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits. Use the Ceridian and Dayforce systems for HR management tasks. Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time management. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve HR objectives. Ensure the smooth operation of the ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient HR management. Utilize ADP - Financial Services for HR financial tasks. Handle the coordination of HR activities and events. Requirements Must possess strong knowledge of ADP - Financial Services. Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must. Experience with Ceridian software is necessary. Must have proficiency in using Dayforce software. Knowledge of About Time software is required. Must have previous experience in Auditing. Should have experience conducting Background Checks. Must be able to manage Benefit Functions effectively. Strong Communication skills are a necessity.
