DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Safety Advocacy : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards, you contribute to a safer work environment.

Quality Assurance : Following all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures helps maintain high-quality standards.

Efficient Delivery : Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products ensures the delivery of products that meet customer expectations.

Productivity : Achieving production goals and working at the required cycle time contributes to the overall productivity of the operation.

Maintenance : Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and carrying out planned operator care and maintenance tasks helps prolong the life of the equipment and ensures smooth operations.

Flexibility : Being flexible and performing miscellaneous duties as required helps meet production goals and adapt to changing circumstances.

Teamwork : Communicating effectively with the assigned team and all support teams fosters a collaborative environment that can lead to improved processes and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement : Actively participating in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development helps drive continuous improvement in the organization.
