Senior ISC Operations Manager

As a Senior ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization for the Northford Connecticut (CT13) location. You will be accountable for driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain activities. Your guidance and expertise in operations management will be key in driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results. You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you'll work out of our Northford Connecticut location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall performance and success of the CT13 Site. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the site

Drive operational efficiency and process optimization to improve productivity and reduce costs

Lead the operations team in meeting site metrics on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Efficiency

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Guide and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and facilitating success

5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process optimization

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.)

Experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar environment

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma ethics and methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
