As Portfolio Manager, you will report to the Country Operations Manager and take full ownership of the Dutch energy portfolio — optimizing its performance, maximizing its value, and ensuring seamless operations across all assets.Your role sits at the intersection of energy markets, asset operations, and client relationships. You will work in a high-autonomy environment where your decisions have a direct financial impact.Your role is structured around three main areas:Operational ManagementDefine and execute the bidding strategy across ancillary services and wholesale markets to maximize portfolio valueMonitor asset delivery and apply proactive risk managementOnboard new assets in collaboration with the engineering teamParticipate in the on-call rotation to ensure operational continuity outside regular working hoursAccount ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersProactively address customer needs to drive satisfaction, reduce churn, and foster long-term growthAct as a trusted point of contact for your client portfolioReporting & SettlementsReport and communicate operational results to customers and partnersManage financial settlements across the contractual stakeholders of your portfolioEnsure accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial outputs
