Manage and optimise the operational flow of the hub, ensuring the picking, packing, and delivery processes are efficient and meet customer expectations;Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and engagement;Ensure that the customer experience is always top-notch, making sure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time;Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles efficiently and safely;Manage and maintain the schedule for pickers, riders, and shift leads, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts while keeping operations running smoothly;Foster an inspiring, motivating, and collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and driven to succeed.
