You and your team will be responsible for planning starts, tracking and shipping WIP, receiving inputs and ensuring On Time Delivery.This posting is for a position that will directly support operations at the John Palmour Manufacturing Center for Silicon Carbide, our expansion site in Siler City, NC. The person in this role will train at our Durham, NC headquarters initially.The Day-to-Day Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Deliver the highest quality, cost effective products to our customers on time, every time. Own Key Performance Indicators such as On Time Delivery and Cycle Time.Help develop and own a world class test wafer process.Own operations team certification and training processes.Maintain leadership presence by spending an overwhelming percentage of time on the shop floor.Support Visual Management, 5S/6S, Kanban's, and other Lean initiatives on the production floor.Initiate, encourage, and drive continuous improvement efforts.This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):BS in an Business, Logistics or comparable field.5+ years of production control/material logistics experience with at least one year of people leadership experienceProficient with Microsoft ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication, organization and professional presenceData oriented – excels at problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to handle change quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentAble to work in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, fully gowned in cleanroom attire.This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.This role requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
