As a global partner to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, we work every day to create products that contribute to health and well-being.We are looking for a motivated and curious People & Organization Intern who wants to learn how HR works in an international manufacturing environment, gain hands-on experience and become part of our team.What will you do?Support the People & Organization team in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.Support onboarding activities and help new employees feel welcome.Assist in preparing HR documents, presentations, reports and employee communications.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events and employer branding activities.Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Participate in ongoing HR projects and support the implementation of People & Organization initiatives.Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and gain insight into HR processes in a manufacturing environment.
