You will manage internal and external stakeholders, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing risks related to quality.Main responsibilities and taskManage Quality Management of returned partsManage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersFrequent communication with customersTrack progress, risks, and costs; provide regular status reportsReview, write and adapt 8D reportsManage documentationSupport root cause analysisLogistic support to ensure proper RMA process
