Work under the general direction of the Regional Director and in coordination with multiple parties to assists in the plan development, tracking and task execution of workforce related transition plans.Provides assistance with planning and coordinating team activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage.Supports the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plansIdentifies and coordinates additional resources to meet project needs and requirementsAssists with contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirementsMeets live and/or via phone/video with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issuesAssists in preparing management for transition from implementation to operating stageMonitors and evaluates quality of performance and product from all work within scope of
responsibilityPasses decisions clearly outside scope upward, including proposed solutions whenever appropriateAll activities will be tracked on the project management system to ensure accountability and
