Description Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing client in need of a billing analyst. Ideally this person would have experience with invoicing, balancing accounts, aging, working in a larger ERP as well as pivot tables & vLookup ups with excel. Manufacturing experience would be a plus.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications within the ERP system. Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of customer credit records. Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and detail oriented manner. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. Conduct invoicing activities and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as pivot tables and vlookups to analyze data. Perform billing functions and maintain a regular check on aging accounts. Carry out auditing tasks as required to ensure compliance and accuracy. Utilize Accounting Software Systems and other tools like 'About Time' to perform accounting functions. Generate and analyze aging reports as part of the account monitoring process.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with the About Time software is preferred. Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Knowledge of Auditing procedures. Expertise in Billing Functions is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. Experience with Invoice generation and management. Knowledge of Billing procedures and best practices. Experience with Aging Reports and Aging Accounts management.
